Temperament

As my journey in investing continues, I’m gradually learns more of what it means to be an investor – a good one. It doesn’t solely rely on being financially skilled, because without a certain characteristic is does not matter how good a person is with numbers. If one does not possess a balanced temperament, then the chances of losing your money are much more higher.  Unlike the volatile movements of the share prices, I need to remain steady and consistent in regards to my mindset.

This applies to all aspects of life, for the most part making decisions based on your emotions alone does not end well. As an investor, I hope for my actions to be ones determined by not only my heart, but the mind as well.  This journey of mine will continue on for years, and my goal is to grow into a person who can make wiser decisions, no matter what the circumstance is, whether that be on the stock market or life.
