The pomodoro technique is a method utilised for time management, in which 25 minutes of my time would be spent studying for example, followed by a 5 minute break. It’s purpose is to seperate my time into intervals, in comparison to doing a task all at once. By doing so, the method teaches the brain to focus on the singular task, with minimal interruptions, as the breaks are frequent. I’m very keen to try out this method as I do often find myself procrastinating on a task, and even when I do begin, it takes a long time for me to complete. Today I plan to put the pomodoro technique to the test, and I will soon upload my results!
