Consistency

I’ve set quite a few goals for myself this week, and that involves cooking in the morning as well as yoga. I’ve selected both of these tasks to serve as a reward for me waking up early in the morning but as of now I have not been very consistent with my routine. Today I didn’t cook in the morning, as in turn I woke up quite late due to my lack of motivation. Instead I cooked in the afternoon, and did work in between. As for yoga, I have yet to attempt that in the morning. So as you can see I have not been doing so well at committing to my goals but I hope to improve next week! Consistency is key after all so even though I’m struggling right now I know that if I do it enough times it will grow to be a nice habit.
