2021 has finally begun and I already have a lot of high expectations for this year. I hope for it to be a year where I will be able to learn many new things and explore a lot of my interests that I was not able to do in 2020. I begun this year by writing some new years resolutions, something I’ve never really done before. I was very vague when writing them, but I do want to commit to them. One of them was to try new hobbies, and a hobby I’ve always been interested in doing is knitting! I hope to start that very soon, because I want to make the most of this year.
As I get older each year, I find myself feeling somewhat sad knowing that with my increasing age, the responsibilities will start to pile up and the chances for “fun” will be less likely. I want to do everything I can to make this year a wonderful one, because in the end its me who has the final say on how I choose to spend my time , I can’t use the pandemic as an excuse anymore. 2021 has only begun, but before I know it 2022 will be right around the corner, and I don’t want to have any regrets. Life isn’t very long, and I want to make the most of my years, whether it be stuck in my house, or out in the world.
