Recently I was offered a job! And after months of searching for one you can imagine how excited I was but quickly I came to realise how much this new opportunity was going to change my daily routine. I have not yet started working but already I have many things to do in preparation that are taking consuming a lot of time, and a result I have less time to do other tasks like university. This experience has forced me to get better at my task management and because of my system of using a Calendar to record my activities, I can say that this transition has gone much easier than expected. I know in the future It’s going to be difficult juggling between all my different responsibilities with work and university but I plan to keep on top of it, and ensure I am able to do everything I want to do! Another thing I want to add it that though I have received this job, I want to make sure that I continue progressing with my other sources of income as I do not want to be fully dependent on one occupation.
